Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic, metrics-focused Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist to accelerate audience growth and conversion across BizGuide Review. You will own and scale organic search performance, email subscriber journeys, social media reach, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) on our highest-traffic guides and template resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic acquisition and content distribution strategies across search, email, and social
• Conduct keyword research and competitive content gap analysis to identify high-converting commercial topics
• Manage and scale our weekly small business email newsletter, including automation, segmentation, and copy
• A/B test lead capture forms, comparison table CTAs, and layout variations to improve conversion rates
• Analyze traffic patterns, affiliate click-through rates, and user engagement using GA4 and Google Search Console

What You Bring to the Team

• 3+ years of proven digital marketing, SEO, or growth marketing experience in digital publishing or SaaS
• Demonstrated track record of scaling organic traffic and email subscriber lists
• Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEO suites (Ahrefs, Semrush)
• Solid grasp of affiliate marketing fundamentals and partner attribution tracking
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills with a strong eye for analytical data
