Role Overview
Join our core platform engineering team to build scalable comparison matrices, interactive calculators, search algorithms, and high-performance editorial CMS workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize performant server-side rendered Blade and Tailwind templates
- Build interactive tools like software matchers, payroll calculators, and dynamic comparison grids
- Optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP < 1.2s, zero CLS, sub-second TTFB)
- Maintain robust automated test coverage using PHPUnit
What You Bring to the Team
- 4+ years of professional backend engineering with Laravel and modern PHP
- Deep understanding of relational database schema design and query optimization with MySQL/MariaDB
- Fluency with modern Tailwind CSS and Alpine.js / Livewire
- Experience building SEO-first web applications
